We tend to underestimate the power of what an year can do!
Every morning do each of these steps for one minute!
1. Sit upright and comfortably, eyes closed in silence. Don’t judge your thoughts just let it pass through. Breathe slowly and deeply, like you’re meditating.
2. Read a short set of affirmations, a little talk for yourself. You can keep yours beside you on a nightstand. Look at yourself in the mirror for extra effect.
3. Visualize yourself successfully going through your day. Imagine yourself actually doing the things you will do that day, whether it’s running errands, writing, meeting people or baking.
4. Do ONE set of ONE exercise. That’s it. Do as many repetitions as you can that day. Adapt to how well you feel.
5.Read one page in a book. It’s about finding one good piece of insight to set your intentions for the day. Audiobooks are extremely helpful, you can also listen to it while exercising.
That’s it! five minutes daily activity that would sharpen your mind over a year.
